Interview Steps

Step 1: Verbal Technical Interview

Step 2: Practical Technical Interview

Step 3: Human Resources (HR) Interview

Step 4: Offer of Employment

Step 1: Verbal Technical Interview

This is the first step of interview process. Here the Interviewer (SME) will initially look for the details of the perspective applicant(s) educational background, past work experiences, core skills of applicant and his/her areas of strength.

 

Thereafter Interviewer would proceed with Verbal Technical round of the Interview, where he would analyze applicant(s) core areas of strength. After successful completion of the Verbal Technical round of the interview, interviewer would start with Behavioral Interview session.

 

What is Behavioral Interview?

 

Behavioral Interview is a process where Interviewer would analyze the applicants capability and past experience to handle given situation. Applicant needs to prove that they are capable to resolve issues related to similar situation from their past work experiences.

 

Applicant(s) is expected to answer these behavioral questions using STAR Approach. STAR stands for “Situation, Task, Action & Result”.

Step 2: Practical Technical Interview

We adapt a unique approach to identify the right talent. Unlike traditional interview process where applicants will be selected solely based on verbal technical answers, We at Digital Cloud adapted a New Interview Process known as “Practical Technical Interview”.

 

What is a Practical Technical Interview ?

 

Practical Technical Interview is a Process where Potential applicant(s) will be provided with a Series of Tasks (respective to their proposed roles) which they have to execute in the system. Applicant(s) must answer at least 60% of questions correctly in order to pass this Interview Stage.

 

This new approach of testing potential applicant(s) skills practically would bring transparency in hiring process and would ensure that we are hiring right talent. It also completely eliminates the scope for any malpractice, fraud & fake talent.

 

Step 3: Human Resources (HR) Interview

This is the Third Step of the Interview Process. Upon successful completion of HR Interview, an Offer of Employment can be extended to the Perspective Applicant(s).

 

During HR Interview Process, Interviewer would like to know about applicant(s) career aspirations. Also would analyze the Perspective Applicant(s) communication skills.

 

Furthermore, HR would explain the Rules & Policies of the organization.

 

Finally, HR would discuss the (CTC) Cost to Company Expectations with Perspective Applicant(s).

 

Step 4: Offer of Employment

Prior to extending an Offer of Employment to the Perspective Applicant(s), a through background verification process is carried out as part of hiring process, which includes verification of Past Employment(s), Criminal history & Code of Conduct.

 

Upon Satisfactory feedback from the background verification process, an Official Offer of Employment is extended to the Perspective Applicant(s).

 

On-Boarding Process

Once Perspective Applicant(s) accepts the Offer of Employment, he/she would need to submit the following documents.

 

  • Identification Proof: Acceptable Documents are Passport copy, Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Driver’s License
  • Address Proof: Acceptable Documents are Electricity Bill, Utilities Bill, Phone Bill, Bank Statement
  • Personal Bank Details for Direct Deposit of Salary
  • Copies of Educational Documents
  • Copies of Work Experience Documents
